Do you ship to all countries?

YES, we ship to almost all countries. In some cases, if there is a problem with shipping to your destination, we will contact you and issue a full refund if necessary. 

How long are shipping times?

Due to high demand, our shipping times average 1-4 weeks at the moment (except for when specified differently on the product page), which varies by which country you are shipping to. We are always trying to improve these times and ship as fast as possible.

How long can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Please note that orders cannot be canceled ones we send a shipping confirmation email, even though they may not show tracking activity online yet.
